I am a seasoned professional in the field of internal auditing and ISO 9001 compliance, with over 8 years of experience across various industries, including manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, renewable energy, and more. 

I help business owners strengthen their organizations by managing their documentation and records. I ensure that all applicable standards are observed when I am working with them, and I make sure that quality is maintained by ensuring that all documents are in accordance with their systems (i.e. ISO 9001, etc.)

My goal is to provide a high level of service to clients since it's important to me that they feel confident in their choice of virtual support. 

My expertise extends to both ISO-certified and non-certified companies, where I have excelled in specialized areas such as process documentation, process audits, implementation, document control, administrative support, and project management.
