I've been in the business for 6 years now both freelancing and corporate. I was able to handle different accounts and the most recent was with E-commerce.
With E-commerce, I worked as a Customer Service Specialist. My task is to provide excellent Customer Service by answering customer inquiries, tracking orders, managing customers' orders, issuing refunds, and processing replacement. I am also trained on how to build Human Connection with the customers.
In addition to this, I am also part of the Merchant and Purchasing Team at my previous employer. My task is as follows:
*Build SKU for a particular product.
*Product Research
*Uploading images, and descriptions to the website.
*Processing Orders
*Product Sourcing
