Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for more than a decade. Being in the BPO industry helped me become flexible and open to dynamic changes. Before joining the Search Advertising industry, I was part of the financial services team.
I am currently working in Majorel Philippines (formerly Arvato) as a Product and Process Trainer for Microsoft Advertising (formerly known as Bing Ads). I joined the company on December 2, 2013 as a chat/email/phone support specialist. We supported SMB (Small-Medium Business) Advertisers issues regarding billing, technical and general. After being an agent for 1 year and 6 months, I got promoted as a Quality Coach. I am in-charge of auditing the chat/phone interactions of the agents. I was also in charge of analyzing DSATs and providing real-time support to front liners. After more than a year, I got promoted again as a Product and Process Trainer. This time, I also handle other Line of Businesses. I trained all line of businesses under Microsoft Advertising like Microsoft Advertising Support (for SMB advertisers Global), Back Office Support (mostly for Premium advertisers like Amazon, Ebay, etc.), Microsoft Advertising Onboarding and Optimization Services, and Bing Upgrade to see actual info my almost 6 years of stay in Majorel, I was exposed to Search Advertising or PPC Advertising. My expertise in handling all types of advertisers whether it is SMB or Premium has prepared me to try working as a freelance Search Advertising Specialist. I am also knowledgeable in Excel and the tools needed in Search Advertising like the Keyword Planner, Bid Estimation Tools, and Editors since I am a trainer. I am also a Customer Service expert.
