Profile Description

An experienced Freelancer who initially started with the BPO industry, which molded my communication skills, problem solving, acknowledgement, and critical thinking skills. I've worked as a CSR/TSR for 3 years with various accounts mostly Ecommerce and Telcos. I was able to give customer assistance through phone, chat, and email. I was also able to work using Zendesk with the last account I have handled in a BPO company, and I am very experienced with the app.
Started my freelancing career with an Investor who trained and introduced me the skills I needed as a Real Estate VA. I was able to learn cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. I then went on to work for another Real Estate company in Louisville, KY where I improve my lead qualifying skills.
Recently, I was able to work as an admin VA for a Huge Real Estate Company in Houston, Texas where I did SMS marketing, Email marketing, and I was the one posting properties on their website whenever they sell the properties they bought from homeowners. I was organizing and uploading contact list on his SMS app with the aid of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
