Hi.
I have worked for multiple companies as a customer service representative by phone. I have handled general inquiries in a retail account, worked with billing concerns in an internet service provider account, and handled billing, technical, retention, and sales in a telecommunications account. For almost 2 years I have answered phone calls with proper usage of tools and resources fit to answer the customer's questions while being friendly and efficient. I have well-adhered to fast-paced ever-changing clients' policies.
I have worked as a transcriptionist as well for a few months before taking up work as a chat and email technical support representative of a VPN account for 1.5 years. I am currently working in the same company as a backup SME which answers queries of other agents with regards to the account's processes and helps with troubleshooting.
-- Proficient typing skills at 60-70 WPM-- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software like using MS Word, MS Excel, Zendesk, Snapengage, etc. -- Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.-- Eager to learn and can easily grasp tool usage and resource utilization.
