Profile Description

I have been working with different companies and clients for
the past 8 years and have lots of experience with customer service, billing, technical
issues, sales, and marketing. I believe my work experiences and the tasks I
have previously done and trained for will be useful.

I'm good at dealing with customers especially if
it's for billing concerns and repair calls. I can work with minimal
supervision, I’m efficient & can manage my time well. I have great
communication skills, I’m a fast learner and hardworking. I'm very
attentive and keen on details. 

I am highly proficient with Microsoft Office
and Google applications, especially with Word, Excel, and Google
spreadsheets. I have a main internet speed of up to 50 Mbps (fiber optic
connection), a backup of 20 Mbps (DSL connection), and a power generator. I
also have a laptop, webcam, headset, and other equipment needed for a
home-based job.
