I've got a broad understanding of accounting, administration, education, the real estate market, and government institutions. Maintaining financial records, managing budgets, risk assessments, and corporate plan evaluations are among my key accounting and financial competencies as an accountant.
 
 I also worked as a real estate virtual assistant and a part-time college instructor where I was established as an accomplished communicator, with excellent organizational, decision making, and time management skills, and have a proven track record of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals.
