I’m a Virtual Assistant who can do the following tasks; Email management, Chat support, Customer service, Cold E-mailing, Facebook Advertising, Data entry, Administrative tasks, Web research, Social Media Manager, Youtube channel Manager, Creating cube e-mails, Ebay listing, Amazon FBA, Product research and have excellent English language Upgrade to see actual info my previous role, I worked in the Hospitality industry for 7 years. I exercised skills in customer service. I’ve been a Front Office Agent and a Guest Service Telephone operator who handles Check-in/ Checkout, billing, cash, credit card, E-payment, email support about general inquiries, reservations, billing, cancellation, chargeback, refund request and quotations, and upselling. We also do a lot of administrative task and data entries to manage our files in a timely manner and consistently contributed to team efforts and organizational improvements. Lastly, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with an Honor titled Cum Laude. I am open-minded and focused on new developments. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with proficiency in and collaborative work. I am also a Content Creator on Youtube. My Youtube channel is “Sisons Vlog”. I am flexible with any working schedule, even on evenings or weekends.
