I've been an email support representative for 2 years. My primary task is to handle emails from customers. creates daily, weekly, and monthly aggregation and manages the client's social media accounts. I also worked as a CAD drafter for a year. My objective as a freelancer is to be a reliable virtual assistant, and I wish to continually practice and make use of the skills that I’ve acquired working in the BPO industry. I play online games casually outside of work and love to stay indoors.
