I've been through some Leadership Training's and Seminar's when I was a New Hire's Supervisor and I really learned a lot from those. We do a lot of office and admin tasks, create grade books and score card of the agents that we handled. We do manage their files and make sure that it's updated. We also do editing and creating files for the agents using either Excel or Ms Word and Basic PowerPoint for our report Presentation. I am an experienced customer service representative for almost 6 years. As you can see in my previous experiences on my profile I've handled different types of US Based Companies that cater's inbound and outbound sales, loan generation, retention, telephone companies, billings, credit or debit card payments, inquiries and etc.
