Profile Description

I received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Negros Oriental State University - Guihulngan City Campus. So I have experience with computer languages such as C++, HTML, JavaScript, and many others. My adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint) can give me an advantage, and I am fully proficient in basic computer applications.
For the past three years, I have worked as a VIDEO TRANSCRIPTIONIST and AUDIO TRANSCRIPTIONIST for Upgrade to see actual info and GoTranscript. My job was to transcribe audio and video recordings of interviews or phone Upgrade to see actual info was a project-based job, so they paid you every time you completed a task/project, and I am very excited to be a part of the NETFLIX TRANSCRIPTION campaign because my experience as a transcriber for both audio and video transcription will be very useful for this job. For nearly four years, I also worked as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant. What I do is manage the client's eBay Store on their behalf, handling customer service, customer returns, disputes, and fulfillments. I am also in charge of listing items on their eBay stores by conducting product research on various eCommerce Upgrade to see actual info addition to my work experience, I spent 5 years as a Technical Support Specialist for top telecommunications companies such as COMCAST, TELSTRA, T-MOBILE, and VERIZON.
All of my work experience only serves to demonstrate that I am a hardworking, diligent, and quick learner. I am also an excellent team player, and my ability to multitask, deliver results with minimal supervision, and interact with people of various temperaments may be my greatest asset. I work with honesty and a strong work ethic. I am reliable, trustworthy, accountable, and hardworking. My clients' satisfaction is my top priority, which I achieve by delivering high-quality results on every project and exceeding their expectations. I am open to both short and long-term projects.
