Working in the Call Center Industry for how many years
taught me so many things, one of those is to enhance my communication skills, which is one of the most important things that I should have to be successful as a call center agent.
Also being part of this industry for so long, I was able to enhance my work ethic, improve from down to highest.
I have learned a lot in this type of job like one of the skills I have, is that whatever situation you are, you should always be polite and calm in all aspects for me to be able to think and resolve issues right away. Being flexible also is one of the best skills that i can showcase, working under pressure which is just a usual thing for me as a telemarketer. Those are only some of my skills and I want to share it to you more.
