I have exceptional experience, training and expertise in various fields in Customer Service, Technical Support, Handling escalations, and in Sales and Marketing. About a decade of experience in call handling. Providing "gold standard" solution to problems and provide customers/client's satisfaction is my expertise. Having worked in the top BPO Companies (Business Outsourcing Offices) for many years helped me acquired the right attitude, skill, and passion for excellence. Those trainings molded and equipped me to perform my job well and put a smile to every customers' face. My experience in both inbound and outbound calls (including Cold calling) has helped me gain confidence and easily get connection to all customers/clients. Having worked in companies that supports U.S and Canada, also made me to have better understanding and psyche to be able to effectively deal with these people from the other side of the Upgrade to see actual info helped me to understand how to interact, communicate and above all help them resolved their issues efficiently and effectively.

I have more than 5 year experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry and I am a license Real Estate practitioner. I have received recognition and acknowledgements for demonstrating great performance in sales and part of the training team. I train Real Estate aspirants and help them unleash their potential and motivate people to level up and reach their goals. 

I also have a solid experience in managing properties on Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Vrbo, TripAdvisor and other OTA's. As an executive admin, I will be very glad to manage your property, so you can be hands-free and do other things that matters to you as I perform daily task on your behalf
