Human Resources
I worked as a professional human resource practitioner in two different companies – for a manufacturing and hospitality industry. I was responsible for end to end recruitment and later on as an HR generalist to Manila properties of Crown Regency Hotels and Resorts. My responsibilities include but are not limited to sourcing, recruitment, screening, conducting interviews (phone, face to face and via Skype), testing, contract signing, orientation and training, onboarding, employee performance evaluation, and even employee discipline and termination of contract. My role as HR officer helped me to manage my time wisely and keep confidential information at all cost.
Sales and Marketing
For five years, I worked in the hospitality industry under the sales and marketing department. My responsibilities include but are not limited to room and function room reservation, lead generation thru SMS marketing, email blast telemarketing and social media marketing. I also handled and coordinated corporate meetings and events. Most particularly, detailing is a vital part of my job. I have arranged and conducted sales calls and client meetings. Working in the hospitality industry has taught me to put on the client’s interest first and treat every client with professionalism.
Administrative
I am capable of providing administrative support as I am trained with the following skillset from my previous jobs: business writing, database management, meeting coordination, taking down minutes of the meeting, transcription, drafting memorandum and contracts, email management, preparing Power Point presentation data entry and other administrative tasks.
