Had 4 years of diverse experience as a Customer Service Representative managing customers with clear and transparent interaction. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I've also handled accounts from different countries such as United Kingdom, Australia, and United States. 

Also had 8 years of experience as a Legal Assistant / Administrative Assistant / Paralegal providing quality service with one of the immigration law firm in United States. Supported Attorneys and Paralegals on handling immigration cases for corporate and individual accounts.  

Over the years, I have gained expertise in handling online research, database management and data entry, email management, administrative procedures and call handling duties. I have gained excellent written and communication skills, good analytical thinking, and great attention to detail. I have the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing situations. I also have the ability to be organized and meet deadlines and I'm capable of handling several tasks at the same time. I'm always willing to go beyond the minimum expectations and enjoy the challenge of learning something new.
