Profile Description

Hi! My name is HUGS and I am currently living in United Arab Emirates, working as a document controller in one of the prestige construction companies here in UAE. We are now on FORCED LEAVE due to the pandemic and I am searching for ways to survive financially.
All of my previous work experience is in line with Customer Service. 

My first job was as an Account Manager for Bank of America and Barclay's US. We help clients develop a payment plan to keep their delinquent accounts up to date. I also worked as a Billing agent and Case Manager for Telstra. We give resolutions to all our client's complaints. When I arrived here in UAE, I first worked as an FNB Coordinator, then worked as an Admin assistant where I handled all the emails, documents, and calls for the company, I was also assigned in handling my boss' schedules for meetings.

I also provide a wide range of Administrative Services including data entry, transcription, internet research, email support, and social media marketing. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheet, and Desktop.

I am Highly organized, responsible, fast-paced, learn really quick, friendly, positive, have great communication, and have endless patience. I love to help people, solve problems, and always remember that the Customer is always Right. I am flexible when it comes to hours, schedules, and shifts.
