I am a self-starter wherein I use available resources efficiently to get my tasks done. I help clients with their business to scale and I help businesses to reach their goals and quotas.

For real estate, aside from cold calling, I can do manual skiptracing and navigate county sites for real estate wholesaling.
I have knowledge using tools like Mojo, Xencall etc.

For Social Media, I've done content writing on social media, post ads, and basic knowledge in SEO, I can also do content creation and basic design for ads.

For E-commerce, I helped develop online stores like (e.g shopify, shopee, lazada), writing product descriptions and creating product listings. I have a proficient typing speed (average 65 wpm) in MS applications (word, excel, powerpoint), google applications (spreadsheet, onenote). I have knowledge navigating CRM (Zoho, REIAutomator), Slack, Vonage.
