Profile Description

I am a Registered Mechanical Engineer - Data Analyst. I have a combined 4-years experience in the field of industrial plant operations and 2-years in Data Analysis. I am mostly a self-taught professional who goes out of my way to learn and master new Data Analysis techniques and tools.

I am well acquainted and have been using Data Analysis techniques such as:
    1.) Cohort Analysis based on user retention
    2.) RFM Segmentation Analysis
    3.) Hypothesis Testing with Python
    4.) Financial Viability, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Capability Metrics Analysis

Data Analysis tools that I have been using in conjunction with the above Data Analysis techniques include:
    1.) Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
    2.) PgAdmin-PostrgreSQL (or SQL in general)
    3.) Microsoft Power BI 
    4.) Python

Currently, I work as a remote Software Onboarding Specialist for a property-tech software company based in New York, USA. My main roles in this position include:
     1.) Conducting data review to ensure validity and integrity prior to integration into company proprietary software.
     2.) Web research for missing additional data of commercial properties for use in company software.
     3.) US utility bill auditing for integration with Energy Star Portfolio Manager.
     4.) Creating Jira tickets to be sent to software team for software data corrections.
     5.) Using Zoho projects to track Work-In-Progress (WIPs) tasks for efficient workflow management.
     6.) Using Slack for work coordination with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and cross-functional team collaboration.
