Profile Description

I've been with BPO industry for 3 years now.
I am currently working in BPO as a Customer Service/Admin Support.
We are supporting US and Canada based clients.
My role as customer service is to take calls and emails coming from our customers. We also create a service order requested by our customers and setting an appointment by doing outbound calls to our service technician.
I also have experience as a Technical Support Chat.
As an employee, I always finish my task assigned to me as early as possible. I always double-check my work to provide an accurate service.
I am always eager to learn new things and I can say that I am a fast learner.
