Now, what do all these experiences mean to you? I'm well trained for customer satisfaction, I do a lot of client interaction. With the help of my excellent communication skills, I'm proud to say that I get to make sure that most of my clients are happy with the way I handle things.
I am looking for online marketing or social media marketing job mainly because of my experience with Telus. I work great in terms of creating a need for existing customers to make sure that our company makes more revenue and also to make sure that they stay happy with the way the company does
I can also do Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) types of work in terms of sales.
Lastly, I can be proud that being a contact center representative for about how many years now, I can easily adjust to all the changes with all the workload, strictly COMPLY with all the policies that they give us, and most importantly, COMPETITIVE.
