Profile Description

I've been working as an acquisitions manager in the real estate industry for close to 3 years now. I am an expert in sales negotiation, managing leads, scheduling appointments, computing ARV and comparables, presenting and negotiating offers, sending purchase agreements, and making sure they get back signed, once all is signed I  send signed purchase agreement to an attorney and the title company and making sure to meet the closing deadline. I basically helped out my previous clients from start to finish of the sales process. I have vast experience in CRMs like Podio, Mojo, Resimpli,  launch control, and batch leads. I am experienced in managing daily tasks and calendars and am adept at tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and google suite apps like Calendar, google drive, Gmail, google docs, Docusign, MLS, Podio, and a lot more.
