I have a total of 7 years experience in the Recruitment Department. I have 6 months experience in a manufacturing company and more than 6 years in a BPO industry. I first worked as a Recruitment Associate, then became a Recruitment Specialist. The last position I held in the BPO was an Interim Recruitment Manager in the Volume Recruitment. We handled various of clients like Customer Service Related, Technical Support, BackOffice, Financial and many others. I am used to talking to a lot of people which honed my communication skills in English. I also have experience in various ATS and CRMs related to Recruitment. I am still far from being an expert to my field but I am never intimidated to learning new things. I am a self-motivated person and I know I am ready to do any jobs related to my field.
I have more than 7 years of work experience in the Recruitment Department. I have done a lot of Admin tasks that I know will help me accomplish any tasks that will be given to me. I am comfortable working with computers and know my way around Microsoft excel, Google spreadsheet and presentation. Since I've done Recruitment, I tried to use a lot of job portals and social media platforms to post our job openings. I also do research whenever we get limited leads from the portals we are using. I am also knowledgeable in using ATS and CRM.
