I' am capable of the following: multitasking, the ability to cope with failures and learn from mistakes, analytical thinking, and certainly I have good communication skills which I think would be an advantage for the company. On the other hand, I learned to use and navigate Microsoft software, Excel and doing some powerpoint presentation. I've been a call center agent for 3 years in two different International accounts and now working as an ESL teacher. Those experiences molded me to become a better person perhaps, professional. I assume that it would be an edge for me to get hired in your company. I will assure you that I will be a good employee and a follower of your business.
