Profile Description

I do not have any professional experience yet as I am a full-time mom. But I believe have some sets of skills and a bit of computer knowledge that I can use to work as a Virtual Assistant or an Email Support.
Here are some software or tools that I am familiar with: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook..) Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
We had several small online businesses before where I gained experience with managing Facebook Pages and Upgrade to see actual infoom that, I learned about Facebook Ads and linking products to online shopping platform account. By having a business of our own, I learned online marketing and more importantly, understood better what customer service is about.
