Main task as an Executive Copywriter: Handling executive communications among C-level executives, implementing President & CEO’s vision for the organization. I am also tasked to screen and hire Managers and Supervisors on behalf of the CEO, alongside the HR Department.

One of my main accomplishments as part of the organization is helping the company transition to Digital Marketing and Ecommerce. I proposed this to the
executive team, then the CEO recognized my proposal and implemented it.
As a result, I was tasked to spearhead the project management of this proposal's start-up phase. Our Marketing and Sales successfully adapted from formerly face-to-face marketing, to fully digital-based & online transactions for pharmaceutical and food supplement sales.
The output?
We were able to register this as a new venture at FDA Philippines, being a subsidiary company doing business of online pharmacy or drugstore. The parent company became one of the first pharma manufacturing firms in the Philippines which had its own online retail firm. We also launched food supplements and vitamins under this project, which targeted B2C sales using paid ads and influencer marketing.
This was a few years before the pandemic came. So, the organization was well-prepared when the global crisis hit, and we were able to catch the increase in demand for ecommerce and door-to-door deliveries.
After the start-up phase was done, I turned the project over to the permanent execution team so that I can focus back on my Executive functions in the parent company.
