Virtual Assistant / Klaviyo
My recent experience as a Virtual Assistant allowed me to be as flexible as my job demands.
Thinking of my client's needs, I make it a point to always add value wherever needed. These are the areas where I have experienced so far:
Human Resources Department using ClickUp & Hubstaff
- Employee hiring, onboarding, termination
- Conducting interviews, training of new hires
- Preparing orientation videos for new hires
- Administration tasks such as payroll, schedules, invoices
- Creating company culture
- Handling employee issues and problems
- Ensuring employee tasks are done, reviewing Hubstaff Screenshots
- Creating strategies, goals, and other team-building efforts
- Conceptualizing KPIs for each department's perusal)
Project Management using ClickUp
- overseeing the whole project
- monitoring people's tasks and schedules
- making sure each task is delivered on time
Prior to being a VA, my previous work experiences as a Team Leader in a Mechanical Engineering Department allowed me to manage and/or coordinate a project of 40,000 hours or less, handle manpower of 20 members, send reports to higher management, and monitor daily deliverables making sure deadline is kept using tools I've made myself.
I have learned English since grade school. We use the language most often in communicating with international clients at work. I have a Facebook Page, a Wordpress blog and a YouTube channel using English as my medium of instruction.
I'm always at awe at how copywriting drives the sales being it a salesmanship in print and become interested with it. I've read books of Bond Halbert (The Halbert Copywriting Method Part III: The Simple, Fast, & Easy Editing Formula That Forces Buyers To Read Every Word Of Your Ads), Claude Hopkins' Scientific Advertising and many more.
It is because of this that I become interested in Digital Marketing specific to Email Marketing implementing and optimizing email campaigns and flows automation in Klaviyo, and sometimes editing landing pages in Clickfunnels and making sure the product listings are prepared in Shopify.
I have learned English writing since grade school and had attended journalism press conferences and contests related to this. I do both blogging and vlogging for personal use.
My work for 8 years is in line with Mechanical Engineering Design. We present our designs in 2D Autocad for fabrication and installation purposes.
I have worked for 8 years in a Japanese company and have been managing projects using customized management tools, monitoring schedules to keep deadline, checking outputs if they address customer specs and handling members making sure there is enough manpower for the project.
