Corporate Work
My last corporate work was with RareJob Philippines, Inc. as the Assistant Manager of the Premium Lesson Department. I handled a total of 25 staff members, including the cultivation of four supervisors. My department managed more than 600 home-based online tutors part of the Premium Lessons Programs.
I was part of the development of Premium Lesson programs, a new subscription package for our Japanese students. I contributed to the writing and editing of student and tutor materials, creation of training programs for the tutors, and overall system for both student and tutor side (i.e., booking system, SOPs, incentives, etc.) All our transactions with tutors and students were done online.
