My work has evolved from customer service, sales, escalation resolution, research and reporting, team management and collaboration, digital business solutions and project management. I have highly valued the mantra of "doing it right for the first time" with high regard to considerable timelines provided by stakeholders. I am very passionate about teamwork but also can work independently with less supervision. I am driven and always willing to learn.
I am recently performing all administrator tasks of operating hours of call center sites to ensure seamless call and solutions delivery to customers. I also coordinate with senior leadership teams on key actions if there are opportunities identified in the operations. I heavily rely on collaboration with other teams to get things done.

I have been engaged to numerous short-term projects outside of work through direct clients needing my service in the following areas:
- Data entry and administrative tasks
- MS Excel (formulas, functions, tables, graphs, and reports)
- Online writing/editing (based on the format or standard provided by the client.)

- Basic photo editing (logo removal, photo enhancement)

Customer Service

- Managing handling time to ensure or exceed customer experience at all times.
Sales
- Creating needs for customers calling in
- Pitching sales to customers and providing them the benefits of the products
- Providing correct information in terms of pricing and required follow through
- Ensuring that the sales are submitted in system and product is updated in the customer’s account real-time.
- Providing timeframes of activation and conditions of the sold product or service.
Escalation Resolution
- Point of contact to any escalation or complaint sent by the customer
- Expert in providing the customer utmost care and support to resolve the escalation
- Ensure that no further escalation will be received.
Research
- Basic data gathering
- Ensure data is reliable coming from the correct source
- Data validation and correction when necessary.
Reporting
- Preparation of reports using Excel
- Data retrieval from multiple sources
- Data consolidation to make it more understandable for stakeholders

Team Management and Collaboration
- Leading a few important calls for a team

- Managing tasks and delegation

Digital Business Solutions and Project Management
- Providing solutions to the digital needs of the business

- Documenting requirements for the project including relative funding, timelines, constraints, and people involved.
