I have been working from home since 2019 as a virtual assistant and copywriter. I have worked with Amazon clients creating their content listing, simple and extensive keyword research, and PPC campaigns.

My tasks on a regular basis are as follows:
-Product research (search online for articles, videos, and blogs relevant to the product)
-Title building (use words/terms that customers are familiar with to make the product highly searchable)
-Keyword research (search for items on Amazon similar to your product, remove the zero searches then filter by relevance and highest search volumes)
- Create content that emphasizes natural, conversational language.
-Optimize content for product listing to rank on search results and a possible match for customers.
-Top competitor research
-Create and upload inventory/flat files
-Create A+ content
-Create, run, and monitor manual ad campaigns (PPC)

I have 10 years of experience in the BPO industry starting as an agent then being promoted to a team leader role, assistant operations manager, and finally as the site engagement manager. I am experienced in providing great customer service, coaching/mentoring, employee engagement, product launches, and creating rewards and recognition programs. As site engagement manager for a BPO, I have developed a proficiency in online research and attention to detail as I am responsible for sourcing materials and suppliers for our product launches, rewards and recognition programs, and VIP client visits. Also, part of my task is to create pre and post-event write-ups that are disseminated to the employees, leadership team, and clients.

During my tenure as an executive assistant, I was able to create an easy-to-use database for all our product offerings for the staff, which proved to be beneficial, to use in their product presentation to our clients. 

I make sure all tasks are done in a timely manner. I learn fast. If there are things that I am not familiar with, I will do research first and will not hesitate to ask. I am comfortable working with minimal supervision or no supervision at all.
