Profile Description

I am a program developer and knowledgeable in quite a lot of software and applications concerning Microsoft. I was a Customer Service Representative(2 years) promoted as a Quality Analyst(1year) turned into Software Engineer (3 years). I have developed strong analytical and wise decision-making skills. For example, one of my main duties is to evaluate strategies, policies, processes, and procedures as part of the management system. This duty requires meticulous data analysis and critical thinking skills, and an ability to convey complex ideas clearly. 
Apart from being engaged with the corporate world, I also have jobs as a Virtual Assistant. I have experience with Amazon Product Research, Etsy posting products, and Shopify. I worked longer for Shopify (3 years). I do product research, writing product descriptions, adding tags, editing images, adding reviews, searching GIFs, creating gif, editing videos, editing stores, designing stores using different themes. I also perform customer service tasks.I have knowledge using Asana, Loox. Ryviu, Alishark, Pexda, EcomHunt, Photoshop, Canva, Junglescout, Filmore, Dropified, Oberlo, Helium 10, Viral Launch, Parcelpanel etc.
