Currently, I am a content writer for various niches. With exceptional research skills, paired with creative and technical writing abilities, I create content for websites based on their desired tone and identity as a brand. 

Language, ESL, and IELTS - I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and 4-years of experience in editing practice IELTS essays ( both tasks 1 and 2) for Chinese students, in the company English Partner. This includes editing (grammar, vocabulary, content, logical organization), thoroughly giving a written explanation of their errors, and giving guidance & suggestions pertinent to their weaknesses. After being promoted, I was also given the opportunity to write materials about IELTS and ESL for my fellow teachers.

Writing - These essays are formal and technical often revolving around various topics including environment, health, education, government, society, crime, technology, economics, communication, work, family & children, and transport travel. The wide range of topics allows for a colorful spectrum of information and opinions I can draw upon.

Creative writing - during college, I was appointed as the writing guild leader for the English Literature Majors Society. I enjoy writing prose and poetry, blogs, as well as discussions on literary works. Training and managing - Other than editing, I also have over 2 years of experience in training and managing teacher-editors for this same company. The responsibility includes hiring potential ESL teacher-editors, training them, managing the team, building the said team, controlling the quality of their corrections, solving complaints of students, and others.
Knowledge and skills include MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT,  Xmind, Evernote, report making, communication with employees (HR), etc.,

Others:
Secretary work - For a few months I worked as a secretary for an insurance agent in Manulife. Job responsibility included organization, emailing, research, and a few other tasks my employer needed assistance with.

Guitar teacher - for a year, I also taught guitar to individuals 4 years old and above.
