I have been in the customer support industry since year 2010.
And have done various task for my clients and companies that I have been with.

I have handled Hewlett Packard and Microsoft generating leads and have enjoyed my time working with those clients.
I am completely knowledgeable on MS Office and could full utilize pretty much all of communications app such as Skype for Skype calling, Telegram app, VoIP for handling calls both inbound and outbound. I am even capable and pretty much knowledgeable of trading Foreign Currencies such as Forex and Binary Options platforms
