Profile Description

I'm a System & Data Administrator and Project Coordinator for 4 solid years in a BPO industry. 4 years experience in Customer Service, and 4 years in technical support. I support business expansion for US-based companies. I am also an experienced Virtual Assistant for short projects responsible for appointment setting, report generating and integrity maintenance, Liaison between Clients and it's Clients. 

I have strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and can work remotely under pressure with minimal to no supervision. I'm great on Ad-Hoc reports, making pivot tables, data analysis and data entry, development of presentation package which includes design and formatting PowerPoint slides and transcribing.

I am knowledgeable with MS Office application especially MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. Also with Google Applications, Box, Basecamp, Infusionsoft, telephony system (softphone), VoIP, Conferencing bridge, Google calendar, Windows calendar, Salesforce (at any form) CRM (at any form) LMS (at any form). I'm a fast learner and tech savvy.

I have worked on multiple projects with a 100% success rate. Very flexible on any task on hand. I am looking/accepting long term jobs and short term jobs, also with contractual job and project-based.
