I have worked on customer service in billing and tech support and was promoted to retentions. I've worked in the customer service field for almost 5 years. I've done a bit of marketing and social media tasks for well almost a year. Such as creating a content calendar for brand awareness in line with client's brand message, and creating reports, client servicing, monitoring social media platforms and analyzing trends to incorporate on my content writing.
I have also administrative and secretarial and human resource skills. Accountable and well organized. Task-oriented with exceptional skills, innovative, strategic in thinking, integrative, with never ending quest for continuous learning. Solid writing, editing and oral communications.
I am quick on my feet and be able to make smart decisions instantly, I am constantly challenging myself by analyzing how I can improve my performance, all of these positive attributes allow me to deliver a higher standard of performance to my employers. I have patience, endurance and a good measure of skill I can contribute fully and respond positively to any challenges. I am ready and qualified for the next stage of an already successful career and is presently looking for a suitable position with an ambitious, exciting and expanding company.
