Profile Description

Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am very positive, optimistic and
enjoy Customer service who believes in the saying that “Successful people are
not gifted; they just Work Hard, then Succeed on Purpose”.
However, I am new at freelancing industry but I have certain qualities,
which makes me good at this. I am good with English Speaking and English
Writing.
I have been to customer service industry for about 2-3 years.
I already have many experiences in dealing with different kind of customer’s
especially Health Care Upgrade to see actual info
that case, I already mastered how to deal with them especially to the irate
people.
I can confidently say that I contributed a lot in this
industry.
