I am a Virtual Assistant for my previous work experience and a Lead Generation Specialist and trainer as well.
I have been working from home and on graveyard shifts as a Virtual Assistant since 2021 and mainly used LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a tool to mine for leads. With my previous company, Kheer Solutions, I was handling these tasks:
-Assistant to the Director of Growth and Marketing>As an assistant to the Director, I am responsible for the daily tasks that are needed depending on the Director's needs. Jump in to other tea
-Created training materials (video and narration) for New Hires>Trainer for new hires, explained in detail on how to use a specific tool, recorded the training for future purposes. Also provided support to other tea
-CRM Management>Updating lead status on Hubspot, making sure that all details are
-Canva experience>Created invitations, posters, presentations on Canva.
-Lead Generation>Used Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Snovio, and Apollo for obtaining contact numbers,
-Calendar Management>Responsible for managing our calendar for Sprint, Catch-up, Training meetings and such.
-Asana Task Management>Asana is where all of our tasks are and updating it as soon as the task is done. This is essential so that the team will know what task need help with so we can all jump in and finish it faster.
-Reporting Tasks>Created reports on expenses, growth, and marketing so the team will know or have an understanding on what needs to be improved on, or what tool is not efficient. Also I created reports on every VA for their Lead Generation numbers (subscribers/number of leads).
I am able to multi-task and deliver positive outcomes. I can be a team player and work independently with less supervisions at the same time (my previous supervisors can attest to this).
I am willing to work full-time, and any time that my employer (YOU) will require.
