Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy college graduate and has an 8 years experience as an Accounting Service Provider focusing on Financial Analysis as well 
as an Assistant.

Software experience: SAP, Oracle/Lawson Outlook, Quickboooks, Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, Pdf) Microsoft Teams, One Note  --- if not on the list, I am very interested and quick to learn new software apps.

Here's how it works (Training suggestion):

1. As a start, we will be walking through the tasks, HOW  and WHEN you like it to be prepared.

2. In return, I'm going to make a PROCESS DOCUMENT with the tasks assigned to me listing the specific process and items on how it should be done. This document can be used as well for future use if someone else will prepare the file for you. This will help you save time and effort for training newly hires.

3. I will submit a CALENDAR for the deadlines of each tasks and all you need is to approve or adjust the dates.

4. Tasks will be prepared as you instructed and also on time.

5. I will also offer PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS like updating of excel formula and macro to certains tasks for efficiency and accuracy.

It motivates me a lot to satisfy my clients with accurate and timely reports. I also love thinking big or outside the box to improve my efficiency as well as make the most of my time in working. Also, I would really love to be in a working environment that cares about its contribution to society as well.
