If you are looking for a ROCKSTAR Virtual Assistant/Ecommerce VA/Customer Service Support/Seller Support. You are reading the right profile. I have more than a year of Customer Service experience/Seller Chat Support at Amazon and with different BPO Companies with different accounts handled. I am currently working as an Amazon VA/Customer Service Representative.

On Ecommerce, I handled several tasks using Seller Central Account to help clients answer emails to support Customer Services, Created emails for the removal of Negative Feedback and handled A to Z Claims, checked Performance Notification, Process how to cancel orders requested by buyers, Rebutt Email for A-Z Claims.

I am knowledgeable/well trained in customer support and seller support in e-commerce especially with Amazon. I am willing to learn new things that could help clients grow their business, I am computer literate and have excellent communication skills. I can work with minimal supervision and can cope easily. I am flexible and willing to work as soon as possible.


*Familiar with the use of Amazon Seller Account
*Familiar with the use of the Twilio Authy Application to support and protect clients' accounts. 
*Familiar with the use of Hubstaff for recording working hours.
*Familiar with the use of Channel Advisor and Gorgias.
