I am a highly versatile and savvy E-Commerce Specialist and Project Management Assistant
I currently handle the operations of an online E-commerce business whose products you can find in Walmart, Target, QVC, Amazon as well as having its own Shopify Store. I manage the orders and inventories as well as handle the customer support
In addition to handling the operations and customer support of the business, I also do a lot of reconciliation and accounting work using Quickbooks. 
I have also written comprehensive Standard Operation Procedures and Policies for the business. Some people might find it tedious but I do enjoy writing SOP. I find that when learning a complicated task, one of the fastest ways to master it is to write an SOP of the task involved. And the SOP can help other members of the team who might do the task later in the future
Aside from E-Commerce and Accounting. I can also create Landing Pages and Sales Funnel in WordPress, Shopify apps, and Click Funnel. I absolutely love doing it and I would love to do more in the future.
I also have experience creating Lead Generation System using Go High Level, Typeforms, and Zapier. I just love Automation, it’s a big help to all businesses.
The past few months, I also have been working as a Project Management Assistant which I enjoy enormously. I am a naturally outgoing person who can work well with anybody. Plus I have strong communication skills and I am meticulous and very particular with details which makes this kind of work ideal for me. I am adept at using Trello, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack
In the past, I also created Shopify stores, did comprehensive product research and product listing, and created chat automation. I also enjoy creating and editing videos using Filmora and I would love to do SEO work in the future.
