I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for about 10 years now. I was able to handle and work for accounts dealing with, medical insurance like anthem blue cross, cellphone based troubleshooting for Straighttalk, medical review specialist for Social Security Disability Court Hearings with Citizens Disability. I am pretty good with MS word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint but I can't say that I'm an expert but still very willing to learn. I can also assure you that I can converse in English pretty well. I have learned a lot from the previous account I have handled but the cup is still not full and still has a long way to go.
