Profile Description

I've been into BPO company for over 7 years now. I worked with Qualfon Inc as customer service representative, technical support and escalation specialist. We provide on time resolutions to customers concern. I also worked with The Results company for Sirius XM Satellite Radio Account as customer service, technical support and for up-selling. I was moved to Retention Specialist after 5 months and what we did was convincing customer to stay with our services by providing them alternatives. I also worked with one of the leading publishing company in the US, Author Solution Inc.  I was hired as a Publishing Consultant. It was an outbound sales. We reached our authors through phone calls and emails. I also scheduled appointments in case authors is not available. I'm good at convincing people to try and go with the services or product I have. I'm hardworking and self motivated person and I am looking forward to have a long term and stable job where I can help you build your business and for me to have a career stability.
