Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years with a few different companies. I am proficient with email, chat, and phone calls including different applications used for email and chat support. I am fluent in english as well as computer literate. I also have worked as a part time online article writer for a few months prior to my CSR experience.
I am also good with basic MS Office apps such as Word, Powerpoint, and excel. I pick up quickly on tasks so I can get things done right away. I want to be able to get a long term job and to be able to help the business and be a part of a great team.
