I was employed as an Accounting and Auditing Officer for an Australian Based company in Davao City for more than 2 years, worked as a part-timer for a US Based company as an assistant bookkeeper using Quickbooks for 6 months and an experienced Accounting Staff for Accounting Firm for 6 months. Here's the things I normally and can do:
As an Accounting and Auditing Officer:
- Sorting documents
- Communicating with clients
- Bookkeeping via Quickbooks
- has knowledge in SMSF tax rules/legislations
- making Reports
- works as a paraplanner for SOAs and ROAs
- make modellings using Xplan
- doing Research to be updated
As an assistant bookkeeper (using QBo software):
- daily transaction matching
- month-end bank reconciliation 
As an Accounting staff:
- manage e-mails
- communicate with client for data transactions
- creating/managing ledger of clients
- update data transactions in the ledger via MS Excel
- access banks of client to pay for their tax
- manage payments for business taxes and income taxes
- create BIR Forms monthly/quarterly for payment
- updating eFPS of client
- do VAT Relief for client quarterly
- thorough knowledge in tax legislations in the Philippines
As a Virtual Assistant:
- Data Entry in Word
- Internet Research
- Typing
- Making Reports
- Email Management/Filtering
- Booking appointments with clients
- Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
- Calendar Management
- File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
- Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletters or others

- Taking down minutes of meetings
- Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint Presentations)
