I am an Engineer by profession but ended up as People Manager. My first job was as a Research and Development Engineer in Samsung, I stayed here for 2 years doing quality audits and Failure Analysis on the firmware of one of their products which is an Optical Disc Drive. After Samsung I work in Accenture for almost 3 years as a Senior Engineer supervising a team of 12 Network Engineers, I handled from Daily operations, Quality Assurance, people management to Operational Excellence, and more.
My very first Online job was with SocialGen which ended July 2019 as Head of People and Culture. SocialGen is an Australian company where I was the pioneer consultant and worked with the business owner and started everything HR, Reporting, and daily operations from scratch, after less than a year I was promoted to Account Director where I supervise all daily operations in the Philippines, when the team became big I chose to concentrate on HR and Development where I manage all HR related task and training, keeping a great culture that all are optimistic and follows company values, I also helped in Finance side as an account payable assistant to one of the company Director.
My last job was head Recruiter in Adaptive Telehealth a leading software Telehealth company that is based in the US where I do hiring from JD creation, job posting, Initial Screenings, and Interviews up to Onboarding Project Managers, Business Analysts, CSR, Senior programmers, Executive assistants, and more.
