I have 7 proven years of customer service experience as I was a phone, chat and email support for companies like Microsoft and Virgin Media Business Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, I have also worked with eCommerce businesses as a Shopify / Customer Service Manager (high volumes cases of emails), Drop-shipping Expert (processing from 150 to 250 orders daily) and a Social Media Moderator handling all customer comments, queries & complaints on business pages like Facebook & Instagram.
