Profile Description

I am currently working as a Customer Service Supervisor to one of the biggest Logistics company in the US. I have been a senior staff for 10 years now with different job responsibilities basing on the line of business I am handling. Currently, I am supervising the team in charge for Heath care critical business unit. This includes coordination with Business Managers and account executives for the highest generating revenue customers to work and establish standard operating procedures and identify gaps.
Part of the responsibility is
preparing quality and cost reports to analyze trends, identify challenges, and make recommendations for improvement. I am also handling the staffing, by generating reports and coordinating with the support team to align schedules and staffing requirement. I do create and execute action plan for the skill handled and monitor improvement and consistency of each member of the skill.
I had an experience handling process in which I am required to access appropriate databases, writes information queries, and produces customized reports via excel and other Upgrade to see actual infoerprets and clarifies data, as necessary.
I also have an experience that is centered on Call Monitoring, Quality Reviews, Service Briefings, IKB Reviews, IIP Reviews and Coaching For Results
I was a customer service representative as well and has experience on handling telephone queries and provide detailed information for package operations and logistics issues and perform all aspects of Customer service satisfaction to our US base clients.
