I am currently working as a Customer Service Supervisor to one of the biggest Logistics company in the US. I have been a senior staff for 10 years now with different job responsibilities basing on the line of business I am handling. Currently, I am supervising the team in charge for Heath care critical business unit. This includes coordination with Business Managers and account executives for the highest generating revenue customers to work and establish standard operating procedures and identify gaps.
Part of the responsibility is
preparing quality and cost reports to analyze trends, identify challenges, and make recommendations for improvement. I am also handling the staffing, by generating reports and coordinating with the support team to align schedules and staffing requirement.
