I have done quite a bit of everything.
I was an agent, a trainer, recruiter, supervisor, manager, virtual assistant and a business development manager.
i have extensive experience handling team and clients as well.
I am fortunate to have the chance to enjoy work at the comfort of my own home. It gives me the time and the opportunity to enjoy life. It is very important for someone who works at home to be really responsible and self-reliant. You need to find ways to continuously learn and make sure you deliver because of the nature of the online jobs available. This is why I make sure I continue to develop my skills so I can perform well and become dependable.
I have been in the Customer Service Business for more than 10 years – with extensive experience from different US, Australian and UK -based companies providing customer care and technical support. In my 8 years of working in 3 successful BPO's in the Philippines, I worked my way from being an agent to becoming a supervisor handling successful, performing teams handling telecom activations, customer service for both voice and correspondence department, collections team for one of the biggest credit card provider in the US. I led 25 staff members at most.After leaving the BPO industry, I entered the Online Freelance Career and acquired sufficient opportunity to become seasoned in the craft.
Now I continue to leverage my extensive virtual experience in assisting businesses and individuals achieve their goals by means of delivering set projects and activities.I am not afraid to take up new challenges and learn to broaden my horizon. I always believe that learning is a continuous process. I regularly educate myself with the new trends about virtual assistance. I am keen in learning new software and processes to ensure I deliver quality support to my clients.
