I have been in the Customer Service Business for more than 10 years – with extensive experience from different US, Australian and UK -based companies providing customer care and technical support. In my 8 years of working in 3 successful BPO's in the Philippines, I worked my way from being an agent to becoming a supervisor handling successful, performing teams handling telecom activations, customer service for both voice and correspondence department, collections team for one of the biggest credit card provider in the US. I led 25 staff members at most.After leaving the BPO industry, I entered the Online Freelance Career and acquired sufficient opportunity to become seasoned in the craft.
