Profile Description

I worked as a customer service representative in a BPO industry for about 5 years, handling 5 accounts in total. Taking calls for voice account and later on moved to a non-voice account wherein I am bound to manage emails as well as inbound/outbound issues for every customers, a chat support, a slight touch of technical support.&Upgrade to see actual info;
I am an experienced Real Estate Agent as well, managed to closed and helped clients find their dreamed investments for their future. Later on, I was promoted as a Sales Coordinator in that small company, so from there I learned basic computer skills like making video presentations, appointment settings, scheduling meetings and etc. 
I have attended Freelancing courses as well as masters for the task and job involves with it, like, Social Media Management, Data Entry, etc and a lot more. 
I am persistent and willing to learn, I’m a fast learner and I love doing research especially to things I am really curious about. I don't give up very easily, I always make it a point that if others can, why can't I? I always assure that I am giving them 100% that I can in each and every task I am asked to.
