Profile Description

For the past 12 years I have been working in a call center -Customer Care (Billing) assisting customers on their billing problems, process payment and other billing issued; Technical Support - assist and troubleshoot customers mobile, home phone and internet over the phone and if it can't be resolved by troubleshooting, process technician visit;
Sales and Marketing - receives incoming call from lead generators to promote and sell our products through cold or hard selling. If a sales is closed, processed the order.
Prior to that I have also worked as an Executive
Assistant
to the Vice-Chairman ,
Executive Secretary to the GM and Executive Secretary to the Regional Sales Manager.
For the Executive Assistant and Executive Secretary
tasks, I normally do secretarial tasks such as preparing of inter-office memorandum , answer and screen incoming calls , take down and prepares minutes of the meeting , prepares travel itinerary, book plane ticket and hotel accomodation for every travel of my direct superior. Do some other duties as designated by my immediate superior.
