For the Executive Assistant and Executive Secretary
tasks, I normally do secretarial tasks such as preparing of inter-office memorandum , answer and screen incoming calls , take down and prepares minutes of the meeting , prepares travel itinerary, book plane ticket and hotel accomodation for every travel of my direct superior. Do some other duties as designated by my immediate superior.
