EXECUTIVE TECH SUPPORT (Freelance)
- Provide high-level Support to the Customers.
- Maintain smooth Operation During Busy hours.
- Solving all kinds of problems to the Customers and give them satisfaction
- Prepare response to client & internal correspondence;review, prioritize
& response to email
- Maintain client information & record
- helpdesk employee, be monitoring and maintaining the
systems and networks.
- If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues,
Tech Support be the first person will come to solve it.
- Performs installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems,
either over the phone or in person.
- Assist customers in the installation and set-up of software/hardware,
as well as the correct usage of the product.
EXECUTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Upgrade to see actual infoILS)
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions,
and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote
products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products,
prices and availability.
